Scrambled Series

I'm currently reading The Last Tailored Suit in Pierce's books ... and on some pages it says it is book one of the Nadia Wolf Character Series... on other pages it says it isn't part of a series and then finally I found out the other day, there were 3 books written prior to this book and that I should've read them first because they're a part of the series the Tailored Suit book is in.. The 3 books supposedly a part of this series is in the series called The Nadia Wolf series... help?

I'm a fellow librarian but I have no idea what to edit if any editting is required.. Do you recommend contacting the author? changing the series? please help!

According to the author's website http://www.nicolettepierce.com/books/ the series are correct as they stand.
