Somebody took care of the edition with no cover, but the other 2 were actually duplicates of the Hardcover not paperback edition. There were some slight differences on the cover from what the paperback had, but matched the Hardcover exactly.

Please do not change data on the books you make it very difficult to work out what is happening. Which books have been published? GR does not delete books / covers
on published books?

I went ahead and handled this one for you.
The first author needs to be the same for all editions to combine. Since it the story was first published under Mkgaud, that needs to be the first author on the files.

I have combined the paperback with the other editions and added a cover.
