Missing page numbers for ebook edition

The only formats for which book-in-hand does not trump publisher/Amazon/etc. data are ebooks. User settings, precise model of ereader, and other variables can mean that the same book on your ereader and mine have different page counts. Therefore, for ebooks (including Kindle editions), the page number should come from the publisher.
I am not finding publisher listings for these exact editions.

Thanks for the clarification (I'm new here!)
In that case, are we then able to put a proxy page number in there based on either:
1. The page number of the same publisher hardcover/paperback
2. Does Calibre do a page count based on some sort of default settings that would be consistent across users?
