missing ratings

My ebook came out yesterday and had three ratings, but when I checked this morning the ratings are zero when it's clearly not. Also it says that 0 people added it when, again, that's not the case.

I thought there was a refresh rating option but I can't figure out where that would be.

I managed to refresh the ratings but they're still missing.

Due to caching it always takes a while before the ratings show up correctly (24-48 hrs). If you click on 'rating details' you'll see that 21 people have marked it as 'to read'.
