My science teacher started to read this book to us in class one day when I was in the 7th grade. Which was in 2007. She only got through like the first two chapters or so, I believe, so I don't remember much. I know a young brother and sister (they were probably about 11 or 12. I don't know if they were twins or not) have to go live with their mysterious uncle, who, I think, they'd never even met before, on his island in like the middle of the ocean somewhere. I think he was some sort of scientist or something like that, I'm not sure. That's about all I remember. I believe it was a fairly recently published book at the time. Probably less than 3 or 4 years old, I'd say, though I'm not 100% sure. If anyone knows what book I'm not talking about, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you!!!! :D :D <3 <3.

No, I don't believe so. If I remember correctly, the cover was black and didn't really have any pictures or anything. Just the title. (I could be completely wrong about that though). Oh, really? Cool :). Where'd you go to school, if you don't mind me asking. I went to Orange Park Junior High in Orange Park, Fl. Near Jacksonville. I live in VA now though.
