Before too long Jake found a deer and pounced. He brought it down an then shifted back so he could carry it home.

She had watched him take it down and felt bad for the deer. She didn't say it out loud though as she walked with him back with the deer.
Jake looked over at her. "Everything okay?" He asked, before stringing the deer up in a tree.
"Uh. Just thinking about the poor deer..." She mumbled softly. She stared at the deer for a moment before looking away.
"Oh. Sorry. Are you a vegetarian?" Jake ashes.
"No. No... I don't know. Maybe." She said not remembering if she was or wasn't. "Still, even if I wasn't... The deer."
"I'm sorry," Jake shrugged. "But if you want to survive in the forest..."
"I know..." She said. She would eat the deer, but it up settled her slightly.

"Yeah..." She walked inside quickly and then sat down on the couch.
Jake finished getting the deer cleaned and took the meat inside, starting to prepare supper.
She looked back at him as he started to cook. "Uh. Thank you for getting me food though..." She said softly.
"Yeah sure," Jake said. "No problem." he had a stew made before too long and got them each a bowl.
She got up and walked over. She watched him quietly and wondered if she was a vegan. 'I don't remember.' She thought.
"You're sure this is okay, right? I mean, I don't want to freak you out or anything." Jake sat down with his bowl.
"It's okay. I'm fine." She takes the other bowl and eats some of it slowly at first, but saw she actually liked it.
Jake are some more of it. "Not a vegan, then?"
"Apprentally not." She said and ate some more to prove her point.
