SOLVED. Craft book from the 80s [s]

I had a kids craft book in the 80s that I want to find. I can't remember much about it but I do remember that it was wider than it was tall - about the size of a laptop (maybe a little smaller). There was a rainbow on the front cover and the pages were all really brightly colored. The only specific craft that I can remember was "Initial Pretzels" which was making pretzels into letter shapes. It was pretty thick - probably a couple hundred pages.

Sandra, do you remember how the interior looked? Were there photographs or illustrations? If illustrations were they realistic, cartoony, colorful, etc?

Were all of the crafts food related? Was the book perhaps geared towards a specific holiday (all Christmas crafts or all Halloween crafts, for example)?

I think the pictures were cartoony with very bold strokes (not a lot of detail in the illustrations).

They were not all food-related, that's for sure. And there were a variety of themes: holidays, outside, household items, food, etc.

Is it I Can Make a Rainbow: Things to Create and Do...for Children and Their Grown Up Friends I don't remember the letter pretzels, but the time period is right and it has a rainbow on the cover.
