A recurring problem - my book attributed to the wrong author

You may think one more space is wrong punctuation-wise, but we think it would be wrong if all authors with your name had a shared profile. As they are not the same person.
You will simply have to request books to be moved on a regular basis.
Book moved and series created: https://www.goodreads.com/series/1587...
Moved series info from book. Merged duplicate.
Alternately, you can manually add each book (or ask in this group for it to be added) -- with the 2 spaces -- before it imports from Amazon.

The two spaces are only visible on your author edit page and on book edit pages. Punctuation isn't really the issue; keeping your books and profile separate from the other author with the same name is.

Elie - re: "You will simply have to request books to be moved on a regular basis."
I should keep the link to this thread/post so that I can add comment next month for another book to be moved so we can keep it on one thread? I have 5 more books coming up in the Savannah Sweethearts series, one book per month until Christmas. I also have another series, Seaside Chapel, that is less frequently updated (one new novel published every 3 months).
Rivka - re: spaces
Oh I see re: differentiation. OK if the spaces are only visible on edit pages. No problem. Thank you!!

If you're going to do that, please clear the link to the specific book for the thread to avoid confusion.

Jan, as rivka said you can request the book to be added in the database before the scripts do it. As soon as you have ASIN/ISBN we can add the books to the database.
It's okay to post a new thread for each request you will be doing in future.

You can see here your book was in fact imported by the Amazon script.
moved and added to series.

Also I scrolled and found this "empty book." I forget if I accidentally set it up previously. How do I delete it? Thanks!

Next to the topic title (A recurring problem - my book attributed to the wrong author) there is a little 'edit' link only visible to the OP. If you click that, you have the option to clear the book title from the topic.

If you click on my name there "Jan Thompson" it will take you to this:

Thank you for fixing it. Appreciate it!
So deja vu. I'm on Goodreads to add my newly published book to my list of books. I go to it, and I am unable to add it to my list. So I went to the search bar and look what I found again. My book is listed among another author's books (ironically he/she also writes religious books). Se in the middle of it all is my book DRAW YOU NEAR.

Every month I'll have new books published, and this will be difficult for me to have my books listed under someone else's inventory. What should I do? I do not want to permanently have two spaces between my first and last names. That is not correct, punctuation-wise.
I am fine on Amazon, so I don't want anything changed there. It's the Goodreads listing that I'm having a monthly problem with. Any suggestions?
