How do I find a personal assistant?

I really need a PA. I am an indie author and doing it all myself is seriously a full time job, and apparently what I'm doing isn't working all that well. I can't really pay unless it's pretty cheap. I don't even know the going rate. I see a lot of authors offering to pay in e-books, and swag. But where do you even find PAs?
