I'm not sure if "sink" is the correct verb but clearly the balance of power seems to be shifting. But where from and where to?

Another analogy might be the elite ain't dead yet, but they are in the funeral home with some of them on life support already.

Yeah, on one hand such big bold statements are kinda cyclical, you're right.
But on the other hand there have never been more people aware of the subtleties of the global elite and their history. Eventually, there has to be a tipping point where the mass populace refuse to let the culture of corruption continue.
Unless, of course, "they" have figured the public awakening from their slumber into the equation in which case we are all screwed!!
