10.4 - A Token Task
These won't work:Wild cats (lions, tigers, leopards, etc) will not work for the cat token - house cats only
- only top hats work for the top hat token - works for shoes, though (see post #2)
- the ring must have a jewel in it, as shown on the token

There is a thimble lying on the lid of the sewing box."
There is, but it's really tiny and hard to see. I'll put the book in post 2 as an approved book. When you claim the task, please let DLMRose know that it's on the approved list so she doesn't have to go hunting for a bigger picture. Enjoy!
I was wondering about the shoes. Would it be ok if there's a pair of man's shoes on the cover, eg.
?

Shoes work, so
,
, and
work.
appears to consist primarily of images without a substantial written component and is, therefore, not allow by the SRC rules. But
will work for a cat.

ok THANKS!!
:)

work for the top hat?"It certainly does!"
Thank you.
How about this for cat?
How about this for car? Two model T's are above the title. Not exactly a race car but of the same vintage.
Rhonda wrote: "
Will this work for the top hat?"The cat's OK, but the book won't work because it's only 96 pages long.

"The cat works, but the car won't. Since the name of the token is race car, the car actually has to be a race car not a regular car.
Rhonda wrote: "Where are the page requirements posted? Thanks again."
They're in the Rules of the Challenge, specifically #3 under Book Formats and Page Numbers Explained.

Good enough. I will use the cat. Thanks

as she has a pair of shoes on or can I have

"Yes, that works for shoes.
Sassafrass wrote: "will
work for the ring? (too bad that one was rejected, I'd always pick it. LOL)."That works. ;-)

Read a book with a monopoly token on the cover. For the purposes of this task, we'll use this list of tokens: Monopoly Pieces. Images on the book cover must correspond to the token (i.e., a top hat would work but not a cowboy hat. A horse with a rider will work, but a horse alone will not. A Scottie dog works, other breeds don't, etc.). Rejected tokens work. Required: Include the cover when you post.
