Christy Stewart (christyleighstewart) Why I wrote Familiar Scars...

I wrote the prologue after watching a documentary on orphans...or Victorian times...or the Jurassic period...Something.

Then I began reading a lot of historical romances and at the same time wished more leading characters were disfigured.

So, I wrote this book to kill some time. It was meant to be only about 8 pages but I couldn't sum it up succinctly enough.

Christy Stewart (christyleighstewart) I would have loved someone else to have written it, it might have had a chance then.

Christy Stewart (christyleighstewart) I assume Erik is disformed?

You have won me over my dear, won me over. I'm adding it to my to-buy list.

May I now suggest to you a delightful romp in poverty?

Minnie (minnieestelle) Sharon, you have touch my heart with the title of your novel, Eye of the Beholder: Phantom of the Opera. I loved that story, saw the opera when it came to Chicago. Did you tell us why you wrote this story? It will go on my list of books to read (it's getting pretty long, I might add).
