Bryan nodded. "Okay. Thanks a lot." He said. "I've already got both of our homework for the classes we've already done, I'll do it for her while in there."
Zach nodded a little bit," Okay then thanks... I'll see you after school and we can figure out the rest of what we are going to do."
Bryan nodded. "Yeah," he said, cranking up the car.

Bryan started to drive to their house. Steph walked back to school with him.
Isabelle stayed mostly asleep on the ride home. Zach walked into the school with her. "I hope she will be alright."
Steph nodded. "I hope so." Bryan parked the car at the house and opened the door to get her out.
Zach took her to class Isabelle sighed softly," thank you."
Steph took her regular seat in the back. "No problem," Bryan says with a smile, taking her to the living room and laying her on the couch. "Can I get you anything?"
Zach looked back at her and then sat in his normal seat in the middle if the class room Isabelle shook her head as she kept her eyes closed," no thanks though."
Steph stood up when the last bell rang and gathered her stuff. Bryan was surfing at the kitchen table within earshot of the living room within gon izzy's homework.
Zachary gad gotten everything for Isabelle and Bryan and then went to his locker looking around for Steph Isabelle got up and went into the kitchen to get a drink
Steph walked to her locker and saw Zach. Bryan looked up. "Can I get you sine thing?"
Zach looked over at Steph," you ready to go?" He asked Isabelle looked at him and shook her head a little bit," I've got it." She answered
Steph hesitated before nodding. If he told everybody afterwards she'd just do something to freak Lupita and Hank out so that she'd get relocated. Bryan put down the pencil Vs stood up to help her anyway.
"Stop looking at me like I'm going to kill you." He said softly after closing his locker. Isabelle looked at him," Thank you for staying with me."
Steph laughed slightly and looked down. "Sorry," she said. "It's the least I can do for my best friends sister," Bryan says with a grin.
Zach smiled a little but at her," Tell me where I'm going." Isabelle nodded," I guess so."
"I'll tell you the turns to make when we're out on the road," Steph replied, walking out to his car. "Now, you should probably go sit down again, and next time you need something call me." Bryan said.
"Okay fine... So I don't get to know where we are going until we get there?" He asked lookin at her and opening her door for her Isabelle looked at him," alright fine ill ask you next time." She answered," what are you doing out here anyways?"
"Nope." Steph replied, getting in. "You'll see when we get there."Bryan blushed slightly. "I don't know, it just seemed like the right thing to do."
E sighed," Fine tell me what I'm going." He answered looking at her as he started his car "Ohh well you don't have to stay right there." She told him
"Turn right out of the parking lot," Steph instructed. "Yeah well I was working on getting this homework done while I was here," Bryan replied.
Zach nodded a little and did as she told him to do," Alright." Isabelle smiled a little," oh okay then... Well still you can sit in the living room with me." She offered softly
Steph gave him the rest of the directions as to how to get there. She was still nervous about this. Bryan grinned. "Yeah sure."
Zach followed her directions honestly thinking they were going to some weird place instead they pulled up to a house," where are we?" E asked Isabelle smiled and walked back I to the living room ad laid down again
Steph sighed, realizing she'd have to tell him sometime. "This is where my kid lives."Bryan gathered up the stuff and sat it on the coffee table.
"Your kid?" He asked looking at her. "Okay then." Zach replied," do you want me to stay here or come out with you?" He asked Isabelle watched as he sat all of his stuff back on the coffee table.
"It doesn't matter," Steph relied, keeping her voice dry, although she was surprised at his response. Bryan smiled slightly as he opened up one of the textbooks again.
"It does matter so you either want me around your kid or you don't." He replied looking at her Isabelle watched him," is that my notebook?" She asked looking at him
Steph shrugged. "You can come. Just let me answer any questions they might ask."Bryan nodded. "Yeah. But don't worry I didn't look in it."
"Okay I won't say anything to them." He said nodding a little bit and getting out of the car Isabelle shrugged," I don't care if you looked in it." She replied
Steph nodded and walked up to the door, knocking on it. "Okay," Bryan said. "I didn't know if you wrote anything in there you wouldn't want someone else seeing or not."
Zach followed after her totally not expecting that she had a child much less that she was still seeing herIsabelle shook her head," Not in that one." She replied
Steph got Katie, and much to her relief no questions were asked about Zach. When the door was closed she introduced them. "Katie, this is Zachary." She made her wave her chubby hand. "Oh so you do have one you put all your secrets in," Bryan couldn't help but tease.
Zachary smiled at the little girl," Well hi there." He said softly waving a little too Isabelle laughed," that is for me to know and you to never find out."
Steph couldn't help but grin at the smile Katie got on her face, but she stiffened slightly again, remembering who she was here with. "Oh really?" Bryan said. "Is it like your black book? You write things about everyone from school in it?" He grinned.
Zachary looked at steph for a second," I'm not going to tell anyone about her.. You've kept it a secret from wpeveryone this long and I'm not going to share it unless you say it's alright," Isabelle shook her head," no it's not that one that has drawings in it."
Steph looked down. "Thanks," she said. "And no, it's not all right for you to tell anyone. You coming?" She walked towards the backyard. "You draw?" Bryan asked. "What sort of stuff?"
Zachary nodded," Yeah I'm coming." He answered following her. "I meant I'm not going to tell anyone unless you want me to and I don't think that will happen." He answered Isabelle shrugged a little bit," whatever I feel like but mostly it's just flowers and stuff."
"Yeah I know," Steph replied. "That's what I was saying thanks for. Not many people would find out about something like this and keep it a secret." She sat down on the grass with Katie. "Cool," Bryan said. "I couldn't draw to save my life. Would you mind if I saw some? Or, I mean you don't have to or anything."
Zach nodded a little bit and sat down with her. "Yeah well not many people come home and find out their parents adopted a 17 year old girl while they were away with friends." He answered. Isabelle shrugged," You can draw a circle and a line can't you?" She asked," you can see them if you want they aren't very good though."
Steph smiled slightly. "Yeah you're right," she said. She was surprised he didn't even ask her about Katie's dad. "Barely," Bryan grinned. "But yeah I'd love to see them. I'm sure they're great."
Zach looked at her for a second and then at Katie," she looks like you." He said softly Isabelle giggled," well just practice a little more and you will be drawing in no time."
"You think so?" Steph said, looking at her. "I always thought she'd gotten more of her dad." She immediately regretted saying it, she hadn't ever talked about him. "Yeah I doubt that, but thanks for having faith in me," beys winked.
Zach nodded," yeah I think so... I guess maybe if I knew her dad it would be different but since I only know you... I think she looks like you." He answered Isabelle giggled and blushed a little bit," well I think you can do whatever you put your mind to.@
Steph grinned slightly. "Well, thanks," she said. "What do you think? Do you look like me?" She talked baby talk to Katie. "Yeah maybe not. Ask me to translate a DNA segment of a paramecium and I've got you covered, but I can't do artsy stuff." Bryan replied.
