Link not working

The link to where a person can buy the book is not working. It's a dead link. Can this be fixed?

The book is available on smash words with that ISBN so if a user has a smash words buy link set up it should work.

The links are customised by each user, not by book or author

I think the problem is with Amazon. So does the author need to update the link or does someone else need to fix it?

That ISBN does not exist at Amazon.

Links are edition specific, so a new edition with the ASIN or ISBN associated with the book on Amazon needs adding to GR.

The current edition will not be found on Amazon, if Amazon does not sell the book with that ISBN

Edit: the kindle edition and other paperback edition work because Amazon stocks them using the numbers assigned

The links are personalized. If you are not seeing a link to Smashwords you can add it from here.

Also links search by either ISBN or title depending on the sellers (especially if they don't have the ISBN in their database). This edition will work with Amazon's link: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

This is what the author said....

The books of mine that aren't working for Amazon are Front & Center, Encore, Stone Walls, The Devil's Lair, and Love on The Horizon. So some work and some don't.. When I tried to add the Amazon ASIN # to Front & Center, I get this error message..

And if you follow the instructions from the error message you will get this edition and you will see the link to Amazon works.

However the author can set the default edition for the kindle editions for all books by following these instructions: https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/3...

Hi Ladies. Thank you for your help here... I followed the instructions to set the default edition to Kindle, ensuring I added the correct ASN # to each book, and when you click on the Amazon links for Front & Center, Encore, The Devil's Lair, and Stone Walls, it takes you to a generic Amazon page, and not my specific book page.

None of them have the Kindle Edition with the ASIN as the Default edition-

The buy link works fine if you use the Kindle edition with ASIN assigned
