review.list fails if per_page is too high

Call to the review.list endpoint sometimes fails with an Invalid OAauth Request if the per_page parameter is too high. The docs say the per_page parameter should range between 1 and 200, but currently it fails for me at 145 (passes at 144). Also the failing point keeps changing, earlier today it was failing at 120.

Also, the url is review/list but the docs label the endpoint as reviews.list.

it looks like the url you provided is missing the user id. Confront with this url:

another way to write that url is:
