SOLVED. Evil nursery rhymes come to life [s]

A girl and her uncle who is younger than her enroll in some strange school. I remember they're forced to drink smoothies. Bi believe the book cover is black with red lettering and maybe a symbol of the devil. The biggest thing is that the nursery rhymes come true and do harm. I think someone dies in it and I think the target audience was YA. I read this book about 6 years ago. Thanks in advance for the help.
