Proof of Copyright Violations by B&N and LSI

Which warned people off against doing business with LSI (Lightning Source).

Well, on Jan 30th I ordered a copy of my book from B&N. I did not order it from a Marketplace. I ordered it straight from B&N's own warehouses.

B&N claims it doesn't operate warehousing for PoD authors.
Ingram claims it doesn't operate warehousing for PoD authors.

And yet, I got a new, fresh print 2011 copy of my book, a book I was charged for when B&N claimed they returned it and LSI claimed they destroyed it.

I also made a follow up video explaining how what they did to me is a violation of federal copyright law in the same way what Napster did was a violation of copyright law, and today I bought 2 more copies:

I'll need help getting the word out.

The book is listed as "unavailable" after each time I make a purchase, and within 2-4 days it's available - again.

That's totally bizarre. It's too bad lawers are so expensive.

What gets me is my book was listed on Barnes & Noble's site during my signings, but I was guaranteed that all of my books were returned to LSI. I also was not paid for any book that I purchased through B&N website. So no matter what, I wound up having my copyright violated.
