The Rosie Project (Don Tillman #1)
I read this book a couple of years ago, and the one that followed, the Rosie Effect, last year. Don Tillman is evergreen in my mind. :P

Okay, so Don is a hilarious character, but he gets on my nerves at times..."
That's what I said the other day. He seems crazy at times...
Reading update?

I totally agree. Don is really hilarious .

Can I give out spoilers for free...or atleast at discount rates? :-P;-);-)

Don's change was so sudden! I mean, I cannot believe such an organized person, such an OVER-ORGANIZED person, can change in a way in which he would prepare and serve drinks and forget all of his academics and routines...even if it is love, it seems far-fetched!
@Meera No....but you can PM Gehna :P
@Shoa Please join if you can!

Harry, you have read this book? :O
Everyone has read it but me :/
Meera, don't! *ties Meera to a chair with tape on her mouth*

@Aditya, you are again ahead of me, so I have no idea about what you said, so I will and then reply....
Can you use spoiler tags?
If it is possible :-)
Sure..I'll probably pick this up after I wrap up one of my current reads (which should be in a day or 2) :)

You reached that drink serving wala part?
Temme when you do! :D "
I did, and it was a funny episode, true, but irrationality on the part of an ultra-rational man sounds a bit off to me...

btw i just completed the book. what about you?"
Liked it? :D
67% done :)

I don't think I am even going to give it a 3-star if it doesn't improve soon...
And about the song, I have not heard that song, but Hey There Delilah is one of my all-time favourites....now I am going to listen to it certainly!!!
And, you are on instagram now, so upload some pics atleast!!!!

I wont go less than three, but I had more expectations after all those recs and 5 star reviews :/
Oh, I too love Hey There Delilah! But this one... Rhythm if love, is similar to a scene in Rosie... So try it and then I will tell you about the resemblance :)
And I am not on instagram. I was just checking those pics you have added and I don't know how I am following you now -_-
I made an account only to look at the pics, cause otherwise it doesn't allow to view them -.-

Even I had better expectations from this book, we never know, it might improve....
I have neither read nor watched TFIOS, ane I don't think I am going to do that in the near future -_- Because I have developed an inexplicable hate for YA fiction...

But I was really laughing out when Don was practicing with a skeleton XD
Don't read it if you haven't hyped books are always bad -_-
I was asking because I found some similarities between Rosie and TFiOS....
Tried Rhythm Of Love?? :)
It resembles with that Lobster date in the balcony! :D
I read this book without expectations, and liked it. Book 2 was read with expectations, liked that one too, but found it repetitive and boring at places.

I felt that skeleton incident was really stupid, I mean, it's Don we are talking about, seriously!!

An international sensation, this hilarious, feel-good novel is narrated by an oddly charming and socially challenged genetics professor on an unusual quest: to find out if he is capable of true love.
Don Tillman, professor of genetics, has never been on a second date. He is a man who can count all his friends on the fingers of one hand, whose lifelong difficulty with social rituals has convinced him that he is simply not wired for romance. So when an acquaintance informs him that he would make a “wonderful” husband, his first reaction is shock. Yet he must concede to the statistical probability that there is someone for everyone, and he embarks upon The Wife Project. In the orderly, evidence-based manner with which he approaches all things, Don sets out to find the perfect partner. She will be punctual and logical—most definitely not a barmaid, a smoker, a drinker, or a late-arriver.
Yet Rosie Jarman is all these things. She is also beguiling, fiery, intelligent—and on a quest of her own. She is looking for her biological father, a search that a certain DNA expert might be able to help her with. Don's Wife Project takes a back burner to the Father Project and an unlikely relationship blooms, forcing the scientifically minded geneticist to confront the spontaneous whirlwind that is Rosie—and the realization that love is not always what looks good on paper.
