Nick- I sigh again. Giving it one more try, seeing at this point it was bassicly begging for some type of answer from her. "Look,--- I don't think your the kind of girl that would say something like that and then a week latter go back on it..... not even a month or 3--- All I'm saying is that: If you ever get tired of us, or you--- I stop making hand gesters even though she couldn't see them--- Ever doubt us, and you decide that this isn't working for you anymore. I just want you to know that I'll understand if you decide to leave. --- No I'm not saying I want you to leave and run back to him or anything. Ruby-Tears came down my face. He doubted us I know he did. He wouldn't even be saying any of this if he didn't doubt me. I thought he loves me. I could be wrong though I was wrong before and probably am again. I didn't answer him. I curled into a little ball and just look down. It was almost all Hallows Eve which means I have to be married and make sure my mate and I are bound to each other. Worries of that and many other things settle. I was doubting everything now. I took a knife off my night stand and cut my neck knowing he would come if he was my mate. I just have to hope that he really is."

Nick- I frown hearing her moving around in her room. But still not saying anything. Walking over and leaning my head against her door trying to hear what was going on in there. Then Smell the blood. Breaking the lock, on the door and running in looking around. Wondering what it was coming from. Then see the blood that was dripping down her neck onto her shirt. Dashing over to her and pulling the knife away from her. And resting it on the floor behind me, so that she couldn't get to it again. Reaching out to tip her head up so that I could look at the cut. Asking as I do "What where you thinking??"

Ruby-I backed away from him as he didn't drink the blood as I was hoping. My heart broke in a half. He didn't love me. He never did. He wasn't my mate. He would of drank it if he was. I looked at him. I wanted curl into a ball and cry but I didn't. I just stared not answering as I kept my silence. I didn't want him touching me or doing anything. I would break down in front of him but that would give him too much satisfaction.

Ruby-I looked down not looking at him. I had to try again. It must be a mistake. He has to be the one for me. I look at him and ran down the stairs with inhuman speed to the office locking it. I find a knife slowly cutting the cut that just healed. He has to come down here. He has to be drawn to my blood. He has to want to drink. He has too.

Nick- I sigh roughly, as she flashes out of the room. Doing the same a moment after, fallowing her sent to the office. Bursting open the lock and rushing over to her, leaning down to kiss the cut that she'd reopened. With possabley another knife. Before slowly starting to suck on it.

Ruby-I smiled when he kissed the cut. Everything seemed much better now. My mind was at ease while he kissed me. I pushed a little closer arching my neck giving him full access to it. I love his kiss and it made me feel so good nothing could go wrong now.

Nick- I kiss and nip at it for a few more minutes before licking it to close it. Kissing her neck one more time before pulling back an inch. So that I could still breath her in. Not saying anything for a few minutes

Ruby-I smiled some as he kissed my neck. I couldn't get enough of him. I didn't want him to stop then he did. I looked at him wondering why he stopped. He was silent but I want him to keep kissing me but I didn't say that.

Nick- I take a deep breath, sucking in some of her smell. She wanted me to keep kissing her. I could smell it on her. Leaning down slowly back to her neck starting to slowly kiss it again whispering in her ear every few secodes. "Guess we'll be going to the improvement store... tomorrow to replace those locks--- but right now, I think we'll stay here. What do you think?" Lightly nipping at her neck between kisses.

Ruby-I felt him leaned back down and kiss me. Then he nipped me. My back arched at his touch. I wanted to say yet but I couldn't get words to come out of my mouth. A moan escaped my mouth giving him the answer. I was powerless at his touch. It made me relax and calm down. I wrapped my arms around his neck and let him do whatever he wants.

Nick- I look up at her as she backed away. I'd half way expected her to back away and say that she'd changed her mind. But I hadn't expected it this soon. We'd hardly started making out yet. Then I smelt the blood... Looking sideways before looking back at her.

Ruby-I looked at Nick. I closed my eyes there was a hurt human. I smiled grinning at him and then I flashed to where this human was. My eyes were flashed yellow as I looked at the human.

Nick- I take off after her, knowing if I didn't get there in time she was going to kill who ever this human was. And that was going to be messy. Like really messy. Flashing out after her.

I smiled softly. "Shh its going to be okay." I said the human teen boy was perfect. He had the best smell of blood. I picked him and flashed away from everyone so I can kill him in peace.

Ruby-I thought Nick would be coming to stop me or something. But he didn't and I smiled at that thought. I was in the woods when I sat down. I bit the boy and heard his scream but it was soon turned into nothing as he was liking it. I was almost done draining him. Nothing was going to stop me.

Guy- I knew I shouldn't like this. I thought it was disgusting. And that I should be fighting, trying to get away. But it just felt so good.... that I didn't want to. I'd been sent her to hopefully find help. I'd cut myself to draw them out. Just to talk, see if they'd be willing to help. Not get eaten. But that's what had ended up happening. Relaxing even further.


Nick- I found them in the woods. Running around behind her so that she wouldn't see me coming. Before sneaking up on her and grabbing her up by the waist, to pull her off of the poor guy.

Ruby-"Let go." I screamed. "He likes it." I hissed. I struggled against his grip. "Let me go he likes it he wants me to finish him off." I said not wanting to stop trying. "Nick let go of me." I said trying to break free.

Guy- I hop up, after a few minutes, of quick recovering. Reaching back and grabbing a weapon that I had on my belt that she hadn't noticed that I'd had. Shaking my head to clear it.
