I must confess I lost total control... I listened to the rest of the book like a big ole non-buddy reader... :(

But I have to say this is my favorite so far - which I may have said last time too? I was surprised though because I really didn't think I'd like this when I first started. Conrad was such an @ss and even though ghosts are interesting, I wasn't seeing how this was going to work... However, without giving anything away, I ended up adoring Conrad & Neomi and there were so many funny lines in this. Nix and Mariqueta (sp?) are so hilariously awesome - nothing ever bad better happen to them!

Nix is fabulous and she just keeps on getting better as the series progresses. Funnily enough Kristin Dark Needs at Night's Edge was probably my least favourite. You have the best ones still to come though :)

This series was picked for my FWYS October so I'm hoping to get through quite a few books next month. I'm really happy about that!

So far my favorite is always the one I just read. Haha!

Did you probably read these Emma? I have to admit it took me a bit to get accustomed to Conrad's voice - he sounded kind of like a big dufus to me at first. After awhile it was about what he was saying more than how he was saying it. Then he kind of grew on me and found a special place in my heart.

I must admit as well that I have been partial to the wolves and the demons, not so much on the vamps - not that I don't enjoy their stories, I do, just not as much. Mind you Lothaire's book is pretty good :)
