First book in a chronicle /s

I have the last 4 books in the chronicle and I think that it's called the perdain chronicles, but im not sure. I want to know the name of the first book because, like I said, I have the other four and want to get the first one from the library.

The Book of Three is the first book in the Chronicles of Prydain, if you mean that series.

I loved Lloyd Alexander's Prydain series growing up. After finishing the Narnia series, I needed another fantasy fix and this series was just right.

No worries. I remember having the same problem with the name.

You got me curious and I looked up this factoid on Wikipedia: "Prydain is the medieval Welsh term for the island of Britain (the name Albion was not used by the Welsh)." I'd totally forgotten that.
