2. Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys
3. The Assassination of the Archduke: Sarajevo 1914 and the Romance that Changed the World by Greg King and Sue Woolmans
4. The Romanov sisters: the Lost Lives of the Daughters of Nicholas and Alexandra by Helen Rapparport
5. A Mountain of Crumbs by Elena Gorokhova
6. Marie, Dancing by Carolyn Meyer
7. The Lost Crown by Sarah Miller
8 Sacred Places of a Lifetime
9 Faberge's Eggs: The Extraordinary Story of the Masterpieces That Outlived an Empire by Toby Faber
10 Casilda of the Rising Moon by Elizabeth Borton de Treviño
Favourite secular read - "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak. His book "The Messenger" has a Christian view to it in a subtle way. Enjoy!
What do other people think "The Giver" symbolises?I read it (free PDFs file) after it was mentioned here.
Quite captivating - there's a lot to think about but an easy read.
