Finally reading Juan Ponce Enrile A Memoir. A part of me wonders what would've been the direction of this book if JPE decided to write his memoir last year or this year, with everything being known about the PDAF scam. What would be his portrayal of JLN, Gigi Reyes, and all the characters and events involved in the PDAF scam, and how much longer of a read this book would've been if he wrote this with the inclusion of the PDAF scam.

I have read only 2: The Bean Trees and its companion book, Pigs in Heaven and I really liked them both. I have The Poisonwood Bible and Animal Dreams on my TBR and I hope to read them soon. :)
I'm halfway done with David Mitchell's Ghostwritten. <3 My first D. Mitchell experience was Cloud Atlas and I fell in love with it. Ghostwritten is reaffirming my love for Mitchell. But I would like to recommend Ghostwritten first for those who haven't read any of his books rather than Cloud Atlas because Ghostwritten is easier to read. :)
I am currently finishing four books namely, City of Lost Souls and The Bane Chronicles (both) by Cassandra Clare, Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma, and To Kill A Mockingbird. I just finished Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen several minutes ago. :)

We are going to read number9dream in June and a tentative schedule for Black Swan Green in November. You might want to join us. :)
Rebel Queen by Michelle Moran. I won it off a S&S sweepstakes. Moran is one of my favorite authors pero may pattern kasi siya sa books nya na pare-pareho.
Currently reading A Storm of Swords by GRRM, and I badly want to view the thread here about the TV series but I don't want spoilers. Haha.
This is so long... But I'm halfway through.

I did half reading and half audiobook for the first 3 books in the series.
The Girl on the Train. Heard about the good reviews and all the rave. I wouldn't be surprised if it got turned into a movie.
The novel begins with a very, very bleak tone and I'm slowly warming up with this cold, sad woman.

I am still enjoying Nick Hornby, something entertaining before the other heavy tearjerkers lol
I'm going back through the old favorites, as I often do. Haven't had the courage to try anything new for awhile, but would love to get my hands on Cloud by Eric McCormack.

I'm currently reading 'A Dance with Dragons' (part 2) by George R.R. Martin. I need to finish it quickly before I stumble on a spoiler! :)
I'm currently reading "Touch me not" by Jose Rizal. Got inspired to read this book after I watched the film "Heneral Luna."
I got so upset with what happened to Glenn in episode 3 of the recent season of The Walking Dead, so I got hooked myself up with zombie apocalypse novel. :-)
Currently reading the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I'm in the last book and I don't know, things got rocky since Wolves of Calla. I hope the end would be worth it.
@chesca: if you meant The Dark Tower then, "good luck, brace yourself"if you meant The Wind Through the Keyhole, well, I'd like to read that, too
