Review:(view spoiler)[Okay so I still really hate the flip floppiness of Maxon, American and Aspen. It's not really resolved until near the end. It's realistic but that's not why I like to read. :/

I was really sad that American's father died. I was especially sad and angry that her brother was such a monumental asshole while he was staying with them. I really hope he gets his act together.

I was also sad that the Queen and Celeste died. I however was not sad the King died. I hope he rots in hell.

I'm really happy that Maxon choose America. I think they will do well together.

I was happy the Northern rebels were able to save some of the people and that Maxon and America can now work with them. I was also happy the Italian princess was willing to help.

I wonder what happened to Anne? I hope she is okay.

I'm glad that Aspen and Lucy will eventually get together.

I'm happy that Marlee was able to be a bridesmaid. (hide spoiler)]

I think Maxon will be drawn to her simply because she isn't willing to change herself. I was shocked that the rebels decided to to attack so soon after the girls showed up. End: I really enjoyed this book. (view spoiler)[ The attacks were eye-opening to Maxon's true way of life. Everything isn't just so easy for the royalty. And Aspen becoming a royal guard! That through a wrench into things. Not sure how I feel about the men. Aspen had his teasons, but pride can ruin so much. Maxon has already fallen for America for the right reasons. They were friends first, and I don't feel as if America truly had that with Aspen. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 10: This is heartbreaking! (view spoiler)[ I can't believe that happened to Marley and Carter! It's awful that not only are they beaten, but are now going to be 8's! I'm glad Maxon told America his true intentions, but now I'm afraid she will turn on him because he allowed Marley to be beaten. I can't blame her. Marley was her only true friend. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 15: (view spoiler)[ The king is such a jerk. He doesn't acknowledge Maxon as having any say in discussions and now excluding America altogether. I don't like him at this point. Queen Amberly has definitely shown that she remembers where she came from. Of course, this attack came from the South. I hope Aspen doesn't die. I afraid something is about to shake up America's world. Celeste probably saw the kiss btw the two of them. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 6: I was prepared to read of hair pulling and cat fights for a moment. Poor Maxon can't get a break. (view spoiler)[ America has to learn to keep her mouth shut. She lets things slip too easily. End: Oh My! I absolutely loved this book! My absolute favorite from the series. I have to say, I wasn't so sure in the beginning, but there were so many plot twists! I think (view spoiler)[ Kriss being a Northern Rebel threw me the most! I really thought the Aspen-America scandal would come out much sooner in the book. I wish Celeste and Amberly didn't have to die, but it was a shocking end. (hide spoiler)] Bravo, Kiera Cass!
