I am in the middle of Chapter 15 of The Selection right now. Love it so far. It is right up my ally! (view spoiler)[ I love that America stays true to herself and can talk to the prince so honestly. It is quite obvious that he is intrigued by her although she rejects him. Just finished The Selection this afternoon. I really loved it! (view spoiler)[ I like the romance part and the love Triangel but I would prefer to find out more about Illéa and politics, what the rebells want and some fighting action but I hope to see some of that in the following books. I vote for Maxon, I am not very fond of Aspen either. (hide spoiler)]

I am currently reading two other books and hope to start The Elite next Weekend latest. Cant wait to find out how it continues.

The One. Chapters 8- (view spoiler)[ The King is such a jerk. I can't believe he is making America give up the money her family gets for her being there, but America had to know that there would be serious consequences for suggesting that they get rid of the castes on national TV. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 15-20- (view spoiler)[ I think it's cute that Ann has a crush on Aspen. They would make a nice couple, and they both work at the castle. I think that America does have what it takes to be queen. Her setting things up between Georgia and Nicoletta to help the rebels was brilliant. I really hate the king. I wouldn't have been able to sentence a man to life in prison either. Not for stealing clothes. I love how all the girls are really bonding now. Celeste has turned into a beautiful young lady (hide spoiler)]

Right. It's hard for me to think of young popular actors for the part, but I guess they don't have to be too young. Most of the PLL girls are almost 30, and the girl who plays Maya is darn near 40. lol

All that being said I think Emma Stone or Amanda Seyfried as America, Theo James as Prince Maxon, Shay Mitchell as Elise, and Zoe Kravitz as Celeste. I know Celeste isn't black in the book, but I think Zoe has the attitude as well as the sweet side to be an awesome Celeste.

Finished The Prints it is a look at the selection from the view of well the prince! , I have it in a book along with The Guard which I am about to read, there are really no spoilers, it is just so nice to revisit the beginning of the series, it goes from the start until the first time America and him go on the walk around the Gardens.

Chapter 10 of The Guard, I wouldn't read these novellas unless you have completed the trilogy, that is just my advice (view spoiler)[ it is so cool to see or read about I guess, the interaction between Aspen and America's maids , And both books it was just fun seen the viewpoint of the guy involved.
