Hi Elizabeth, that's Holly our wee cocker spaniel. I'm Sarah, I just use Hubbies name as I buy all my books on his Amazon account ;@)
You'll have to tell us all about your dogs in the pets thread, many of us are animal mad. I do love St Bernards it took Phil about 6 months to talk me out of getting one after seeing the film Beethoven. Do you have a photo?

There's a pets thread? I'm off to find that now!!
Hello everyone! I just joined this group a few minutes ago... My name is Adria and I'm an American author and reader living in Paris. My debut novel Paris, Rue des Martyrs was just released this month as an e-book. I love the fact that this group focuses on Kindle books as I recently discovered the joys of reading e-books (versus traditional print). I look forward to chatting with you...
Hi everyone :) My name is Mishka and I am a (hopefully) soon-to-be self-published author. This group looks pretty great and fun, I am a major lover of e-books since getting my kindle!
Hello UK writerly friends! I am new novelist based between Los Angeles and Rome, but come to London often. Any one here have plans to be at the London Book Fair this April?
Hi everyoneNot sure why but this makes me think of the scene in Nemo, where the sharks are introducing themselves LOL or is that just my insane sense of humour? Fish are friends not food :)
I am a writer and blogger and just published my first novel to kindle and paperback. I write in a range of genre that includes erotica, romance, paranormal, fantasy, sci fi and last but no means least Steampunk.
I try to read when I can and generally, mostly, on my kindle ( although a good coffee table book with pics in, needs to be the real McCoy for me) Doesn't work the same on kindle.
I have a WIP due out sometime soon. Maybe April.
I too hope to make it to the London Book Fair in April.
I am a children's nurse by profession but my writing is taking precedence for now.
Hi everyone thank you for the invite :)

Hiya my names Martyn,I've just joined the group and am now introducing myself which seems to be the custom.
I'm a 47 year old man with a beautiful wife and two amazing girls.
First time doing anything like this and it's nice to use the net for something other than porn and football results.

Hi Martyn I am new too Nice to meet you :)
Hello Matthew I agree, what's not to like about pizza? It includes all the essential food groups including Burnt Crunchy Bits!
The best way to use this group is to get to know people and the best way to do that is to join in. Our 'Shiny morning thread' is in use all day long and it's where we check in and say 'hello' each day.
Hello, not so great I'm suffering with a migraine in work. Going to stick it out for another hour or so then go home. Hope you are keeping better than me :o)
Matthew wrote: "I know exactly how you feel, migraines run in my family from my Mum's side, it isn't pleasant. I get them periodically, but my Mum suffers from them really bad. Hope you get better Jud :)Hi D.D. :D"
Has anybody fitted Mattie for his new jacket???
*Evil Grin*
Not to worry, Mattie, it's a lovely jacket. It's got lots of buckles and stuff, it's kinda like giving yourself a big hug. Now; do you have a preference when it comes to colour??? White is standard, but a we like to personalise them. GL has a lovely leather one with leopard print and stud trim.
Jud's is Disney princess themed, Peppermint P.'s is green and flame resistant, Kew's has special pockets for her yarn, Lori's has some lovely blood spatters decorating the front and mine is Thor themed.
Excuses!Remember how you thought you'd never be able to make your whips last more than four months? Just a little more care and attention and now they last six months easy!
GL doesn't let just *anyone* in the dungeon. You have to wait for an invite, her dinner parties are always very interesting.
