And you're welcome! You're an awesome buddy! :D

Yay!! Cheyenne, we decide on how many chapters/pages to read or just post any time you want to. Just make sure you tag your spoilers so you don't give away anything to the others reading with us. :D
Our awesome mods have a thread explaining how to tag spoilers and other things if you don't know how to do that already.
Here is the link!

Yay!! Cheyenne, w..."
Thanks Kathy! No, I already know how to do that but thanks. :) I'm really excited to read this with you, Vicki, and Trisha. I've had it for awhile but I haven't read it yet
I saw this book and was immediately interested in it. I'm pretty sure everyone has thought "What it would be like to stay in school over night." or somewhere along those lines. I think it will be a good one!

Thanks Vicki! I can't wait to get started and hear your thoughts! :)

Yay..."
Yay! So excited you can join us! It looks really good!!
And since you mentioned that thought 'what it would be like to spend the night at school.' My kids have done that before! As a reading incentive in 3rd and 4rd grades if they finished and turned in their reading logs for the year they got to have a sleepover at the school they went to!
They loved it! They stayed up all night playing the Wii with their friends and teachers! They sang karaoke while the teachers were the judges! Have pancakes the next morning! It's how I got them to read books! lol :D

Lol. That's really nice. :) There was nothing like that when I was that age! Do your kids still like to read? A lot of kids lose interest in reading as they get older despite liking to when they were younger.

Wow! That sucks. Sorry. Do you know when it'll get fixed?

Yes! They do but it depends on what they are reading, especially my son, he's 15! lol!!
He likes sci-fi like Hunger Games and Divergent, but he also likes fantasy like The Ranger's Apprentice and The Last Apprentice which inspired the movie The Seventh Son.
My daughter doesn't like mushy romance...mostly, she's 13. She like Beautiful Creatures (hated the movie!) and I'm trying to get her to read Cinder! :D

Vicki, that's awful! I hope nobody was hurt and I hope you guys get power back soon, but school is almost out, right? That really sucks!

Ah. I haven't read Beautiful Creatures or seen the movie, but the book summary didn't really appeal to me. I love romance, I can find a couple or three to love in anything, but I need something other then romance in the book. Otherwise I just lose interest.
For instance, I have a really nice copy of Emma by Jane Austen that I bought but I haven't read it because it's all romance. I'm afraid that if I start and then stop I won't pick it up again.
I'm definitely interested in reading classics though. I think it's just one of those things that everyone should do. Like watching Titanic or Old Yeller.

Have you read

A no romance spy book set in WW II France and it's so good!

Have you read...
I always cry when I watch Old Yeller too! I would like to read the book version of it.
And no I haven't read

And I feel the same way Vicki! I usually am though lol

Lol Maybe :) But no, definitely not in the foreseeable future. lol

I feel that way about some books! The Harry Potter series is one of them! People are always so surprised when I tell them that I haven't read them yet! lol! :D

It is really good and the companion

James Patterson pulls off talking to the reader with such skill that I really feel like I'm being talked to!
BTW Kathy, we only have 2 to go in that series. When are we going to do it? Lol

I have a paper book and I love that the pages are printed with snow! It really adds to the story!

(view spoiler) It's too early to have any guesses.

I'll be done soon and we can chat :)
did you notice, with each chapter, the snow is climbing up the page? I think that's kind of cool
Yikes, 2 stars?? I hope I like it more
rescue (view spoiler) but what I really think is so startlingly real is that NONE OF THE KIDS SEEM TO HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT TO DO!!! Ugh, kills me. Without their phones, the kids just seem lost.....
and seriously (view spoiler)

and honestly, I would post some major comments on this thread about this book (view spoiler)

We went to see Divergent tonight! It was so good!
I will start tomorrow with breakfast! :D

You know, if you are behind - this is probably the first book I'd tell you to skip if you want. neither Vicki nor I really liked it :(

The movie was really good! We had an awesome time!
I saw you guys didn't like it very much! I'm not sure what I will do yet. I will have to think on it! :D

I've been sick and busy with school so I've really just been sleeping in my spare time. I'm starting to feel a little better though.

Oh no Cheyenne! I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well!
No worries, start when you can! Get better soon!

Yeah, I may just read this one because I don't want to have to look for another one and I already have this one! :D
