Hello. Sorry it took me so long to respond. People stopped coming in here, and I got tired of talking to myself. I still LOVE Supernatural. It's the best show ever, and I hope it keeps going.

Hi, it's too bad that people stopped coming here. I read a lot of books too & am looking at Meetup for book club groups. I've found a couple which specialize in sci fi/fantasy etc. and others which are more general in nature. Last group of books I read were the Sookie Stackhouse novels. I watched True Blood prior to reading them, oh well. The books were much better. I'm a long time genre fan who watches a lot of different shows & sees a lot of movies. Supernatural is one of my favorites, it is in my top 5. When it first came out, I refused to watch it being as I am an X-Files fan and I was stubborn like a lot of Star Trek fans were when the Paramount movies came out a couple of years ago. A friend convinced me to watch Supernatural and I did, then it became one of my favorites after 5 or 6 episodes. I was hooked on it.
It has been interesting to see how the show has evolved through the years. I see a lot of potential with "Men of Letters" and am curious to see how it develops. I would like to see more about "Men of Letters" with or without Sam and Dean. Such as, where did it come from? Who started it? How will it continue in the future? What is it's structure? Was it funded in the past? I have a lot of questions about it.
I hope Supernatural continues for a few more years (at least) and that they do not kill off Sam and Dean. Because I'd like to see what happens to them later on (like X-Files). True, nothing works out for Sam and Dean, they're always being killed, so killing them off makes sense. But most of the characters on my other shows should be killed off too. Penny Dreadful is one good example.
Thanks for starting this thread and hope you do not have to talk to yourself any longer.

As far as Supernatural goes, I'm an avid fan, a fanfic writer, and podfic narrator (audiobook fanfiction), plus occasionally I make graphics, generally fic related.
On the topic of books, I read... everything. lol Currently listening to a memoir, and before that I listen to the audio of Jurassic Park. I listen to far more books that i sit down and read because I generally do not have to time to dedicate to that, so I must multitask instead, reading while I drive or work on the yard or clean house or something.
That all being said: Hello! It's nice to meet you.
