Personally, I thought the part where Mad Eye Moody turns Malfoy into a ferret was hilarious!

yeah, I love that part!!!!!! There are so many funny parts in this book though!
Um...I think when Dumbledore said that you have to be 17 and Fred and George said "that's rubbish". Idk though, Ginny's 3'rd year was just so funny and so exciting.
i think the bit where Ron first discovers her i mean his "dress robes" was funny.
Oh, come on! How about Fred and George's engorgement of Dudley's tongue?

I thought Mrs. Weasley sending Hermione a chicken's egg sized Easter Egg after reading that Witch Weekly article was hilarious!

I liked it during Dumbledore's announcement of the tournament, when Fred or George said "you're joking" and Dumbledore responded by getting sidetracked to tell a joke. And all the other Fred and George scenes already mentioned.
I liked Dumbledore's aside during the Yule Ball about a room full of chamber pots. (Especially how it ended up being super important later.)
Most of Fred and Georges parts made me lol, the whole Weasley family for that matter, so funny.
When Harry decides it's easier to face a Hungarian Horntail than to ask a girl to the Yule Ball.
Or when the Veila (sp?) get all the men including the referee going at the world cup...
Or Archie in his muggle dress because he likes "a healthy breeze around [his] privates"...
Hagrid trying to spruce up for Madame Maxine...
