How do you think Evan survived? Would he run after Cassie?

I hope he could survive. I hope his desire of keeping Cassie secure was strong enough so he coul run after her. A mean , I know that he is an allien, but I really loved his character and personality and I dont think its pretty fair "He dying" in the firts book.

maybe because he's like an alien he survived or it didn't effect him as much /kill him.
i know people found evan creepy but i really liked him and i would be disappointed if he didn't survive or chase after cassie.

Agreed, I was a big fan of Evan and definitely think he survived. I liked ben well enough but Cassie should be with Evan

Evan definitely survived. He told Cassie about the escape pods as a means to get out of camp, but she never used them. Writing 101:don't bring up a random fact unless it is part of the plot. Later on when Cassie is driving off, she sees a "shooting star" leaving a trail of light behind it. I don't remember the exact quote. Evan knew what the green eye was going to do. He knew he would never be able to run out before the camp exploded. He planned on using the escape pods and did. He's alive.

Agreed. I really really hope Rick doesn't try to have a love triangle, I just want Ben and Cassie to be fiends. Is there a ship name for Evan and Cassie? If there is, I ship... Evassie?
