Very fictional book, wasn't published that long ago maybe around 2010 or later.There is a girl named Wren maybe, or some other name that is a birds name, who live in an underground mine. Everyone who lives in the mine is considered poor and of the lowest status. No one lives long because they mine coal or something for the rich and die of black lung(?). The rich live above and the poor are not supposed to go above ground. The rich live in a dome because the outside world was dying maybe, or something. The girl always goes to the surface and sits on the rooftops of the rich and looks at the stars.The rich have rooftop gardens, i think. Some of the people who aren't rich or poor work as policemen, kind of, for the rich. She meets a boy who is a policeman.She wants to go outside the dome.
