Sorry Lura, I haven't really been myself for awhile now. (view spoiler)
Sure, if you have time right now. I don't mine playing her for a minute. Let me know.
sorry for the late reply.

I was thinking about changing this back to a closed group, but we only have 19 members at the moment, and most of them have posted at least once. So I guess I'll leave it as it is for now...
Once I can get back to being active, I'd like to get more active RPers in the group. Maybe once we have a decent number of active members, I'll make the group closed again.
Anywho... Just throwing that out there. *shrugs*

I've also wondered about rebooting/restarting the entire RP. And throwing out the entire idea of trying to keep up with a single date and time for the entire RP - some characters' storylines will move faster than others simply due to the activity level of the players.
We'd have to add a second (and maybe third and fourth) receptionist as well...
The whole class schedule bit would also be thrown out. Which would make things much simpler. I think people would like that, which would make it easier to recruit other RPers...
I would still want to keep the thing about characters only being in one place at a time though. (view spoiler)
As an alternative to restarting everything here, maybe I should just make another CoM group... Though I'd really rather not do that; I don't think I could keep up with two such groups. (Nor do I want to.)

I agree with the dropping the days keeper as it's very difficult to keep time in a multiple rp group.
I really do want to teach, but no one seems interesting in the lesson aspects of the college. :/
Glad you are back. I'm on and off. Sighs.

What do you think about rebooting the whole thing? Archive everything RP that exists now and just restart? Keep the characters, but archive the actual RP posts.
Before I do anything like that, I would open it up to a group vote. Let everyone have a say in it.

Sure archiving the rp post is fine, though some may disagree. I like rebooting too. I'm just going to miss some posts, but not too much. :)
Same here. Medicine helps with my sleeping and so I'm on a schedule. I can form an example of the poll tomorrow and post it here.
9 hours later, I'm about to go to bed. At this point, it's going to have to wait until after work tomorrow. Er, today. (It is almost 2 am.)
Had family over, so I've been busy but here's my version of the poll:
Tothe College of Magic players: your vote will decide future plans of the roleplay, such as:
1.)Reboot the whole roleplay, meaning we delete threads and ongoing roleplays
2.) Archiving everything, meaning deleting this group and restarting the new group with the same thread names. Plus, you will have to save your characters on your on.
3.)Keep characters, but delete everything else.
I think i said things twice. ^~^

I dont have many friends in my list that I actually talk to :/ I'm kind of slightly a loner on sites like this
many don't like chatting with me
or the few I have are already in so many and just aren't interested in adding more due to them having a hard time keep track of their posts

thanks :) and yea probably. maybe if we were on more maybe there might become more activity that will grow?
I'm not likely to return anytime soon (just wanted to look at one of my characters), so you guys can approve characters.
I've been working on writing stories lately.
I'm actually about to be published in a short story collection at the end of the month (or next month, I can't remember which). If I remember to, I'll post the link here once I get it.

Edited to add: Found the link! I was supposed to have gotten it via Messenger already, but something went wrong... Anyway, here it is:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08...
It's a kindle exclusive title (which is kind of annoying as I don't own a kindle; I have a nook instead). My real name is currently listed as an author, but it's supposed to be a pen name: Fiona Fairhame. Hopefully that will get fixed soon.

Still trying to get the above book fixed with my pen name (though at least my real name isn't attached to it at the moment).
Self-published a short story at the end of last week. It's available for free on smashwords, B&N, kobo, and others (supposedly - have yet to find it on apple ibooks or anything else). Currently listed at $0.99 on amazon, but I'm trying to get that changed to free by giving them the links to where it is free (they price match, so hopefully, it will be fixed soon).
smashwords (includes .mobi format for kindle): https://www.smashwords.com/books/view...
B&N: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/how-...
Kobo: https://www.kobo.com/us/en/ebook/how-...
Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088RMLYMV
If you do go to the amazon page, please scroll down to product details (below the cover) and click the 'tell us about a lower price' link. Choose online, give them one of the other urls above, fill out both price and shipping cost as 0.00, then submit.
I really, really appreciate it!

Thanks! I appreciate it.
Now if only they would actually change the price to free...
(Supposedly, once enough of those lower price things have been sent, I'll get a message saying I can make it free if I enroll it in KDP Select. I refuse; Select requires the book to be exclusive to amazon. I don't even own a kindle, no way am I going to make my books kindle exclusive.)
