Wendy Mcbride | 18 comments Given the way the last year had gone for DH, I would expect that all of the kids would have to do an extra year of school to make up for the crap they had to deal with that year, as I doubt they learned very much for graduating purposes (the 7th years), and I'm not only referring to the Trio.

Lilac | 31 comments I think it would take a long time for the wizarding world to heal after the Second War. There's the education issue, the ruined government...not to mention rounding up the rest of the Death Eaters and trying to keep them subdued. Would the dementors come back to Azkaban, or would they have to reconstruct the entire prison system?

So many questions, so few answers.

The Full Bookshelf Reviews Hogwarts would be put back together. (Obviously, the epilogue ends with the Trio sending their kids off!) I think that Harry and Ginny would be the first to get married, because Harry would need her now more than ever and wouldn't want to lose her again. Given how he handles things much differently than Harry, being much more emotionally quiet and hiding the way he really feels due to lack of confidence, I think that Ron would wait longer to marry Hermione. I think that the trauma of it all would bond the trio (and others) closer together. Harry and Ginny would raise Teddy Lupin, and he would also sort of be shared space between Andromeda, Harry and Ginny, and the rest of the Weasley family. As for Victoire, born on the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts, I think that her birthday would be an emotional day, adding both joy and pain, especially since Bill lost a younger brother on that day.
Some of these things J.K. Rowling has said herself, but most of it I made up.
