What language should I choose?

I have a book that's written in spanish, but was published in germany as part of a language training course. It also comes with a four page vocabulary in the end, and the book description is written in german.

Should I label the edition language as spanish or german?

I also have a couple of similar books written in english, but published in Sweden under similar circumstances. The question applies to these as well.

You can choose 'multiple languages' in the list with languages. And then you could mention in the description which languages are used in the book.
