Whole load of corrections needed

1) Title needs changing to just Kingdom and delete the authors name which has been inexplicably included.
2) The series name needs changing to just Saladin, #2) as per the other two books in the trilogy. Either that or the other two books need the name of their series to match it - the cover lists the books as "Book Two of the Saladin Trilogy".
3) Cover artwork needs adding, which can be found on any of the editions listed.
