If you would like to send it to me, I will read and review it, then offer it to friends, and if I get no takers, I will wild release through my OBCZ, a local smoothie shop here in Carson City Nevada. I got the book, but in order to give it a fair read I'm going to wait until I'm recovered from this awful cold. In fact, I'm going back to bed right soon...
