My favourite place to read, at least during the warmer months, is on our front..."
In bed at night before sleep :)

But my favorite place to read is certainly at the breakfirst table, my book next to my big cup of coffee. Best of all is the sunday breakfirst table !

I am fortunate to be retired and have the house to myself all day so I am indulging myself way too much but I feel that I have waited a long time to get to here so why feel guilty?

Which is why I don't always get far with books during my days off. :P

I have a lot of free time so I read pretty much anytime ,anyplace .
It's nice to sit outside in the shade to read ,but that won't be an option in the next few months, due to weather !

My favorite time to read is in the afternoon, in my Lazy Boy recliner :) But, with my one daughter doing school at home this year, my reading right now is usually pushed to the evening, right before bed.

Top of piano, window-ledge, in the middle, on the edge.
Open draw, empty shoe, anybody's lap will do.
Fitted in a cardboard box, in the cupboard with your fr..."
This is very accurate, Renee. Perfect! :D
The only thing I noticed: I can't read an English book while sitting in a living room where the TV is on and people speak German. That confuses me. Same goes for German books if someone next to me is watching an English program, but that rarely happens anyway.

Ok honestly I love getting in a hot bubble bath with a book and hot chocolate.

I also occasionally sit on the stairs and read, or on the hill in front of my house.

a) in bed or on the couch in the evening - especially in the fall and winter months, with a blanket and a hot drink. The best spot is actually my parents' super cozy couch in front of the fireplace in the middle of winter!
b) in the backyard or in a park, in the shade of a tree, anytime of the day during the warm summer months.

We have a break room too but I'd never stay here to read in it. It's uncomfortable and ugly. I go to the nearby Mcdonalds and sit on their outside patio with a cheap drink that I refill before returning to work. It works out great...usually. There are some strange people over there though, not a good area.

In the summer holidays I go to Poland to my grandparents house and there I read on a deck char in the shade ;)
I read outside in summer fall and spring weather permitting or in bed or on my couch. I usually have one or two dogs helping me as well! I like the couch or outside more, as I have more space to have a drink with me, or a snack and my back likes that better! I have a reading chair on my bed, but my light does not allow me to read leaning in it.
I like to read outside, in a comfortable chair, in the shade, whenever the weather lets me. If I am lucky it is four to five months of the year.
I read lots of places, but that is my favourite.
