Cheyenne's 2014 Reading Challenge

I am actually going to measure my progress this year in pages. I have a few monster books that I am going to be reading this year such as the Song of Ice and Fire series. These huge books will severely skew my views f how much I am reading so I have decided to try and beat my previous year's page number count. Last year, I read 21,694 pages. This year, I will be attempting to read 25,000 pages. I think this will be a reachable goal if I really dedicate myself to reading.

I am feeling pretty good about this number so far. This has been an insane semester of school so I am proud of the amount of reading I have done so far. However, as the semester comes to a close, I will have to kick it up a notch to have a prayer at meeting my goal.

That's great! How have you been enjoying the series so far? I am loving the first one. I hope to finish it soon. It probably won't happen until I finish the semester but we'll see.

Well, now that it has been forever I am back with an update. I have read 73 books and that comes out to a total of 20,423 pages. I think that if I keep dedicating myself to reading a read a lot in the next couple of months, I might have a chance at reaching my goal of 25,000 pages.

I have read so many more than I thought I would be able to! I don't like to list them all out since it takes so much time but feel free to go to my bookshelves and look at what I've read so far this year.
