What is your opinion? Should we allow private companies, which would take off some of the pressure put on the NHS, or go completely NHS to ensure equality?

I'm from the uk, and so live under the NHS, I will say it is actually a Godsend, I need insulin and it is there, I get new testing equipment all provided. We have no large bills to pay it creates a fair chance. Yes some people abuse the system but that happens with all welfare systems. One thing I would say is that the NHS has a big waiting system, it can take almost half a day to be seen in a&e and waiting for organs can take a very long time.
This is just a brief insight into what I have seen of it.
I often wonder why people don't have a free healthcare system despite the rise in taxes!
Sorry Lia, I should have clarified. 'The National Health Service is the publicly-funded healthcare system of the United Kingdom. The organisation provides the majority of healthcare in the UK, from general practitioners to Accident and Emergency Departments, long-term healthcare and dentistry. '
