SOLVED. Children's Book w/2 Girls on Roller Coaster Speeding towards a Cave/Open Monster's Mouth on Cover [s]

I have been trying to remember the name of a children's book for a long time now, the only problem is, I only remember the cover! The cover was an illustration of two girls in a roller coaster cart speeding towards an open mouth of a cave, shaped like a monster's open mouth. I guess it was published in the 80's at some point, maybe early 90's?

Any help at all is appreciated! Also, it was by some obscure author, not R.L. Stine or anyone very popular.

I knew the cover. And have read it, but I only read your subject line and thought of the book from that cover description.
