When I first started reading I wasn't sure if I would like the book or not. There were parts where I had serious doubts, but as I pressed on I found that I quite enjoyed it. It's different from anything I've read before. Several times it pushed me outside my comfort zone, which while a bit uncomfortable was exhilarating.
