SOLVED. nurse/physical therapist goes to Mexico to work with person in wheelchair [s]

I can't remember the author or title of this romance book, or the names of the characters. Please if you know it post it below.

The book is about a nurse or a physical therapist from the states that went to a wealthy family in Mexico to work with a young man who had an accident and ended up in a wheelchair. She ended up falling in love with her patients older brother. In the book, the female main character fell sick (I think from a bug bite?) and the older brother was very worried about her. There was also a young girl in the book, the younger sister to the brothers I think.

Read it a few years ago. Can't remember anything about the cover. It is an adult romance book, I think it was a harlequin book( or something similar).

Is there an edit feature available to edit posts? I tried to edit the title after it was posted, but couldn't figure out if I was able to.
