Hubby is pampering me. For the first three days I wasn't aware of it, because I was so truly, awfully sick I could barely speak or comprehend anything happening. But just now I got a meal carried in bed and I was actually able to eat some of it. I feel lucky. :-)

We tried a new hotel this time. It was right on the beachfront with a gorgeous view of the harbor. So every morning I sat on our little patio watching the sun come up and the little harbor patrol boat set out on its rounds. I watched the gulls show up with the sun. :-) It was very peaceful.

Cold blue and warm gold - that sounds so nice! If I look out of the window I see only lots of grey, muddy brown and hushed green, with a few jaunty dots of yellow, purple and white in it. So at least yes for snowdrops and crocuses!

Hope it goes away very soon. This one's on its third day too, and at least partly stress-related i think, because i just exercised (mild, with stretches) and it seems better.

Those are the right colors for sure! :-) And it was chilly but it felt like I could really breathe for the first time in a long time. That's always how I feel there.
