Oh dear. My brother used to have trouble with asthma when we lived in Utah, land of long cold snowy winters, but now he lives at the beach in Australia and his asthma is completely a thing of the past. It was like a magic cure. So there's my advice to you--you could move to a tropical country! :)
If only it were so simple...hang in there.

We've had a few VERY cold days and, almost like a consolation prize, it usually means gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. And bright beautiful starry nights with Northern lights. Makes all that inconvenient coldness bearable. :-)
Snow (and snow and snow and snow) Plenty of it in other words. Even here where one would think people are used to snow in winter, there still are some chaos on the roads.
