me too. I went to my first sparring class last night in about 5 years, and of course, buggered my foot up. There's only a small swollen area on the top, and it's not bruised, but still. Hurts a little less than last night at least. :-)

I went to the tip of Denmark during a storm once, it was awesome, the 1-2 meter high waves came from both sides and crashed together right in front of us, beautiful and a bit frightening.

Hmmm. We should be leaving Mauritius on Monday night (or actually very early on Tuesday morning at 1:00 a.m.), but a cyclone is on its way here and should be at its worst right about then. AND there is another storm waiting for us at home in Scandinavia, so I'm already quite sceptical about our flight leaving on time...
