You do that too? :-D I tend to pick up words from people I like and then use them in every other sentence... I can either wait until it wears off (that can take years) or actively re-train. ;-)

I don't like it, but I do that as well. And sometimes it won't go away: I adopted the exclamation ''Jesus!'' once that I spent two weeks with a friend in Ireland and I still say it, even when I speak German or Italian, which makes it twice inappropriate.
