That is SO true. :-) But, they were never things I even thought about, or realized could be possible until someone put a name on it and made it more visible.

I have been to a marathon cookies baking and decorating bonanza with my sister and her little twins. Very much fun, but I feel covered in powdered sugar and smell of vanilla and ginger :)
Just the right thing for advent.
But now, finally, time for some reading!

I love that! Cookie baking is best done with company and in huge batches. :-D
Doleful
I know it's not a happy word, but I like it because it sounds a lot like its meaning. Anyway, it's a new-to-me word that I learned when reading Josh's Baby, It's Cold yesterday. :-)

Leaving work early and going to bed."
Oh Anne, I am sorry for you! Take care and feel better soon!

Take care, dear Anne! Get well soon! *sends virtual perpermint tea with lemon and sugar* (it helps, promise)

How is one good at being sick? O.O
If you're sick you're sick. You're allowed to not be on your best game then.
Just see that you rest and drink your tea and get well. :)

In TV shows and films, when they're sick they still have make-up and a brushing....
Get well soon, Anne. Don't forget to put honey with the tea.

Get well soon, but I hope that you are not as sick that you can't read! ;-)

That's a new idea for me, and it sounds good! I stopped buying herbal teas against colds which almost make me sick because of their taste.
Cold.
Baby, it's Cold everywhere. I've been fighting my cold for a few days now and I'm not sure anymore if I'm winning or not.

Sending you hugs and a vitual blanket. Stay warm, rest and get better, yes?

I have read :) And today I am back at work, my head hurts, but it is a wonder what paracetamol can do for you.

I'm sorry to hear this.
I find Pelargonium sidoides extract helpful against colds, see

Basically it's South African geranium, you do like flowers, don't you? ;-)

Sure, I like flowers. :-) But I don't usually eat them... ;-) Maybe I could try this virtually at first! LOL.

Something I had to do of course.
Better now, so no problem really.

I'm not sure they all existed -- or at least had official names -- until recently. ;-)
