I've got the problem as well, sitting all day in front of the computer. I found out that if it is not possible to go for a brisk walk, wool pulse warmers help a lot.

Same here, pulse warmers are great - and "Hüttenschuhe" (slipper socks??) - we would make for a great picture ;-)
