I'm changing my word to RAIN.

We've had rain all morning off and on. Very light but almost continuous.

And this is good because the morning started with a reminder phone call from DWP about not wasting any water for any reason.

I thought it has something to do with a code and I' am not smart enough to get it. But Anne seemed to have the same problem, so I was in good company :-) and could let it go.

Kari Gregg (karigregg) | 2083 comments Peppermint oil. Mix a couple drops with a carrier oil (I like almond, but olive oil will work in a pinch) and rub into your neck. Did great with my congestion a while back, a non-stinky version of Vicks vapor rub.

My word for the day: mean. Dh didn't listen to the doc yesterday, thought he could get away with crap while I was working...I am quite evilly satisfied that he's miserable. Sympathy? *snort* That's what you get, buster.

Do you know this state when you're so out of time that you can't write short paragraphs anymore? And subsequently loose more time?
I see you don't have that problem yet... ;-)

And maybe focus on the good busy.

Which amounts to a lot of busy :)

Breathe deeply, lower your shoulders, and eat some chocolate....

LOL. I would have loved to include motion lines to my words today (the kind they use in cartoons).

Just a visit to a friend's cabin in the mountains this weekend. I have to pack today, since I am busy tomorrow evening.

I look forward to getting away from the city, especially now when nature's colours are its most vibrant.

Wait. Whut? Your trees aren't turning color yet, are they? If so, please lie. The acorn mortar barrage has begun here, but everything's still very green.

Uh, there are yellow leaves on the ground here, but most of the trees are still more or less green

It has started gradually, but not much here in Oslo yet. But in the mountains, september is usually when the fall colours are at its most beautiful, before the trees get bare and the grass brown.
