Just our sidewalk, driveway, and an occasional leak. But other areas of the city and surrounding communities have had issues. There was some flooding at one of the UNM libraries with damage mitigated by smart staff actions. The storms can be very localized. It was dry here last night, but above the university area where we went to dance had a big storm. There was a huge downpour in my neighborhood this afternoon, clearing in the evening, and now (10:00pm) it's starting to rain again. But overall it's welcome. Our drought status has moved from "severe" to "moderate" for the first time in about five years.

Less annoyed today, but my bank is still not doing what it's supposed to, at least they paid my rent yesterday, somehow they register a debt in an account that has money enough to cover my bills, which leads to them blocking the payment of said bills (fortunately no more bills this month)

Well, it's not sorted out, but at least there's no more late bills, they will hopefully have it fixed by September 1st
